“I found the course very informative and easy to follow. My only criticism is that concerning the final ‘exam’. I think it should not allow for a student to ‘re-sit’ the exam in order to obtain the score that student believes he/she should have. This, in my opinion, detracts from the course and undermines the integrity of achievement. For instance, if a student obtained, say, a 70% pass mark, then that should stay. That student should be prevented from re-taking the final test again and again in order to obtain a 100% pass mark. If, on the other hand, a student fails the final test, then that student clearly needs to start the course from scratch and only be allowed to re-take the test once completed. This, I believe, preserves the integrity of the course and the company providing the training.”
