“Currently doing the course bundle but one major flaw is I am using a laptop, not a PC, so some of instructions do not work which doesn't help with learning. Use a laptop at work, as well as at home, due to having to travel between 2 offices for my work. I cannot be the only one using a laptop?!”

“Hi I've sent 3 emails in the last week but have received no reply. Also I am unable to find or access my course folder or folder tasks for Microsoft 2013 I am in financial difficulties and have purchased a month's broadband which I can only afford for now!!. Eugene Dillon.”

“The questions do not make any sense and are therefore impossibke to answer correctly, i have emailed on 3 separate occassions but have not had any join in getting anything changed, i feel like i have been cheated out of my money”
