“Just started, now on module 3. Modules easy to work through in bite size parts. Test at module end a good measure of what you have learned. I hope, I get at least the PDF certificate at the end of the course, as I still have not received the PDF from my previous course I successfully completed (Mystery Shopping) I emailed a couple of times, but have not received a response. Why??”
