I’ve ordered this course but unfortunately I received (maybe by mistake..) the other two courses about Grooming with no explanation why does it need to have the buying option for the bundle course if the content is the same as the two courses available - beginner and advance . I received an email with how to access the course after one day and the spaces for username and password were empty spaces so , I had to send them an email again. After one day again, I received the details with the specifications that “ don’t use your email for login, use your ID given “- even if in the learning portal it is the option to use my email OR ID. Reading the email from my IPhone I cannot see the password, I’ve been lucky enough to remember the password when I read the message on my laptop. I can’t access the course from my IPhone. The emails received are very impersonal, no names there which makes me feel untrusted . Too many difficulties for accessing my course, I am thinking very seriously to ask for a refund because of unprofessional approach. I am very sorry for loosing so much time solving things which are not my responsibility. Liliana T

Terrible. Halfway through each course it froze, nothing but a circle going around and around. Sent numerous messages via email and via chat, half the time I was completely ignored. The rest of the time I was told my device was at fault, even though it happened on every device. Prior to this the login details I had received via email did not work, after a week I was eventually given new details, which meant I then had TWO accounts(one from my previous course) I have given up and asked for a refund which I am now waiting for. My advice: don't bother with Oplex!

Love this course I’ve learnt a lot about the grooming business side of the Industry...something I might be looking into in the future .
