“When I completed the assessment, I was told afterwards that I had passed. however I wasn't happy that it stated on the certificate that I only achieved a merit. The course should have stated merit status, not a pass status. The certificate may as well go in the bin. Who will approach me for a palm reading with just a merit status? No one”
