“Although I enjoy this topic and have done work on it previously, this course should be called 'body language for business public speakers' as this is what it covers in a very drawn out and longwinded way. The tests at the end of the modules are ambiguous with questions such as 'Is body language as important as verbal communication to understanding (the answer should be no as it's much more important with about 90% of understanding coming from non verbal cues) but the answer is yes. Very little mention of cues to recognise danger or lies (touched on but not in any depth) in someone communicating with you or to recognise true anxiety, depression, or other emotions people may attempt to hide from you.”

“It doesn't give practical information, no videos or image of the body postures. It gives only theoretical explanation and general information. It is often redundant and repeats the same concepts. Banal information and already known by anyone. Total absence of images.”
