“Course material indicates video/visuals need viewing yet they are not available. Several slides on Cat care refer to Dogs in first module. Requested help, none received a week later.”

“Found course very tough going but very informative & all aspects covered. Shame you can't download the course content to print off for future reference as with other online courses. Would recommend & price was great.”

“Some interesting things I never knew before but I think some notes from other courses were put in by accident as in the first module, dogs are mentioned and a number of subjects repeat themselves. Also in the last module, a cat charity is mentioned a number of times in reference to the notes! Also in the final exam, a lot of the questions were confusing for the multi-choice answers. Also, I couldn't print off some of the course I wanted to keep. However, I learnt many things that I haven't even found in cat books!”
