“I bought this course on the 12th March 2024. I haven't been able to access it to start my studies. The student portal doesn't accept the password. I have reset twice but I haven't been successful in logging in. What rating do expect me to give for the Mental Health Support Worker course after subjecting me to such treatment.”

“I sent a report concerning Module 3 on Mental Health Support Worker Course.l need to proceed on Module 3 of the Course l"ve tried severally.Although l"ve tried opening the Mock for the module l thought l have to do the mock for Module 2 but unfortunately l came across some questions which l have not treated pls l need to proceed on Module 3. “Course content okay but a number of typing/spelling errors. The end of unit quizzes do not really test your knowledge but seem only to test you on reading the question correctly.”
