“Whilst I am enjoying this course, the 3 star rating given is entirely due to the fact that there are some glaring text errors. Words missing, in some instances to the extent that it affects the comprehension of the module. Are the courses not proof read before submission? I would happily take on this task.”

“Alot better than other sites like Vision 2 Learn who make it complicated. This was easy to access no long winded assignment tasks. Very simple definitely use it again”

“The course content looks okay although seen better else where. However, customer service is terrible. I looked through the website trying to familiarise myself so clicked on a few things being unaware I was going through the modules. I asked for a refund 3 days later and was refused it because I had a look at the course content. I emailed twice more and asked to speak to someone but no one has taken the curtesy to respond to both emails. I do not recommend Oplex and won't use them ever again.”

“This course has been good.Detailed explanation of all the topics.Would have preferred if they had some interactive sessions.also smoe audio/video clips of counselling and pyschotherapy sessions. This is my second course with Oplex careers.Only concern is I haven't received a soft copy of my transcript or certificate.”
