“For me i hoped it would have had a bit more help and techniques of how to give excellent Customer Service. I think it sped past its it could have embelleshed on. It says it takes aprox 80 hours to complete, i did all the modules and the final exam in 6 hours. Had i paid the full price of the course i would have been very dissapointed with the content but for £19 it was an OK refresher.”

“to be honest I’m not impressed I took BSL level one on the BSL site and decided to take BSL 2 with you. BSL level one had videos to show signs your course has childlike pictures which don’t indicate which way the hands are meant to move also having completed the modules doing a mock test I question was which hands do you use to sign the word MORE is it flat hand and fist or bent hands and flat hand etc. Your answer to this question was flat hand and fist but i know this sign as 2 flat hands 1 on top of the other moving across the top of the other, when i looked this up on the BSL app which i have i could not find your answer anywhere which is not good and can only think you are using a sub dialect which is not good. How can i pass a test if the answer you want aren’t even in normal BSL.”
