“I thought the course was really interesting but could possibly be updated a little? There was no mention of radio aids in assisted equipment or cochlear implants ? These do not give 100% hearing and assistance is still needed within a learning environment . Also there was a few spelling mistakes and one sign had been copied and pasted on top of another so the viewer is unable to read it . Otherwise great .”

“Unfortunately, my understanding of the word "transcript" means the content of the course content and not the produced document. The marks for each individual module appear on the downloaded results sheets so the final transcript did nothing to elaborate on this. Acceptable but slightly disappointing for me.”
