“The transcript is very clear. However the cost of the transcript is not £4.99 but £7.99. Personally I think the transcripts should be sent with the certificate as a package.”

“I thought the course was really interesting but could possibly be updated a little? There was no mention of radio aids in assisted equipment or cochlear implants ? These do not give 100% hearing and assistance is still needed within a learning environment . Also there was a few spelling mistakes and one sign had been copied and pasted on top of another so the viewer is unable to read it . Otherwise great .”
