“The Transcript was acceptable, no frills document. I think the layout could be improved by removing certain elements and re-arranging the design. Overall it does the job and advises you of all the details of the course. Also why can you not purchase the Transcript and the Certificate as a deal and not pay £9.99 for each item? This would encourage people to purchase both more often”
