“Still waiting for the transcript. However, I have received a PDF copy on my email for completely wrong person. So far, I'm very disappointed with the service and haven't received reply in regards to this matter. Not impressed with the service especially if I had to pay for it.”

“Think twice about devoting your time to this. I took four months and worked very hard to reach my goal and cannot even get my Certificate and Transcript? Paid for both? And I have nothing. I may be swayed to look somewhere else.”

“The way of guidance for learning is very good, but forwarding of hard copy is quite unsatisfactory. I have given you my complete address. I have paid almost most of my courses hard copy. But I never get any hard copy of my certificate. I hope to get the hard copy of my last course Communication Skills and thank you.”

Hi Muhammad, the certificates are being sent track and send from our offices in the UK to Norway. This can take between 1-10 working days. You will 100% receive your certificate.
