“This course is so interesting particularly when you have the passion for caregiving. It is well detailed and prepare one for any imminent challenges one is likely to encounter as a caregiver. I strongly believe life experience is pivotal in the enhancement of the role of a caregiver. When you are matured to appreciate the likely difficulty a service user is likely to be facing, it will be easier for one to understand and be able to meet the needs of the service user without difficulty. For me, I think the course should be able to explain in details the sanction which the caregiver or the organisation could face if they are found wanting. I appreciate that there are various Legislation in that regard. A sub topic could be: Legal Implications on the part of erring Caregiver (Organisations to be vicariously liable).”

“I am not happy iam locked out of my course for health and social care.I've emailed on many occasions and just get given another password and told it works.It don ive tried it on my phone as well and it doesn't work.so where's that leave me now !!!!! You can call me on 07391659714 as I don't want another email telling me it works when it don't this end!!! Iam doing another coutse on another online course my password works instantly every time and iam doing well on it .I don't know what there is to do on my course as iam not able to see .So what is going to be done!!!”

“The structure of the study is well organised in the way that as you are learning you wouldn’t get stuck. The Health and Social Care online I study with Oplex Careers is explainable to the understanding of the students. Breaking it into piece by numbering make it easier. As you are learning entering another page is join in a way that you will comprehend that this side and the previous one is still the same even if you are starting a new topic you will still understand by the numbering that is new topic. The Module scheduled, the test, mock test and the final assessment test is understandably to enter each one. I think I am please to do this course online with the Oplex Careers and would like to refer it to other people and tell them their standard is okay. Their website is clear, you login easily. Thanks.”
