“Abysmal. Absolute let down. Written badly, and information was out of date or in some instances only relevant to Ireland. Many spelling mistakes and complete tangents within some elements of the course. Still awaiting the company to acknowledge my complaint. Do not use!”

“This course was far shorter than I expected and did not go into very much detail for level 3. Some of the multiple choice questions were poorly written and there were errors in some of the course content. I was disappointed as I had hoped for more information about how to support SEN children and their families in my setting but did not feel that I learnt anything useful or new that I could add to my skill set. This took a couple of hours to complete, not the 50 hours that it advertised. If I had paid the full price, I would be asking for a refund. I have found more useful documents on the Internet for free.”
