Quite poor communications regarding reason and update.
Was delivered flat packed which was not what we ordered and had no instructions.
Poor Costumer service resulting in probably not using company again

“The furniture is of good quality. Easy to put together.
Although I was informed at the time of ordering that the item was out of stock and would be a long wait of up to 3 months it turned out to be considerably longer- nearer 6 months.
I waited it out as I wanted it to match the other items I had purchased. It colour matches well and fits perfectly in the space I wanted it to go in.”
