“We love the kitchen island we purchased however it took 3 months to deliver. We ordered a black island which was a problem as it took longer to arrive. If we had ordered a cream one it would have taken 2 weeks. There is some logic there somewhere!! As a result we won't order from this company again.”

“Happy with island , but service was poor took 5 months to deliver and before I ordered island I checked twice once by email and once by phone that they deliver to 2nd floor flat and was told yes , I paid the premium delivery 2 men and it was left downstairs in bottom landing blocking door access I had to pay someone to lift it up the stairs when I emailed company twice regarding this I have had no reply so not happy with service”

We’re really sorry to hear about the long delivery delay and the incorrect delivery handling, especially after you confirmed it would reach your 2nd floor flat. Leaving the item on the bottom landing and not replying to your messages is not acceptable.
We have now taken all feedback on board and are using a new courier
