“Great product, the lid I had ordered was somehow out of stock when showing in stock but I got a call the next day from customer service apologizing and giving me the option for having a slightly larger one at the same price in stock or the new date to wait for another of the original order. Tech hitches happen - its how you deal with your customers when they do that counts and that was well handled.”
