“The plug isn't UK and the mechanism by which you put the continental plug together with a UK plug doesn't fit properly. Feels very dodgy. The lampshade came bashed and falling apart at the seams and is very poor quality. The only reason I'm not returning as the return prices if £5.99 and I've already waisted £3+ on delivery. Definitely won't be using you again.”

“This lamp is very nice and looks elegant. Although it was well packaged, there were a couple of scratches on the wooden base but as they were very small I decided against returning it especially as there were delays from the manufacturer. I also think that the manufacturer should take extra care to ensure that the product is immaculate upon delivery. Otherwise, the team from Online Lighting were great in their communications regarding the delays.”
