“Very disappointed with level of service. My ceiling light was delivered to an unknown house and I was not notified of the address by the person that delivered the parcel. I am still awaiting a response from customer services. Very poor service.”

Very sorry for the delay in you receiving your parcel. The driver believed he was doing the best thing by leaving your order with a neighbour rather than taking it back to the depot. The carriers did provide a delivery slot to notify you of when the parcel was due to be delivered but was unable to get a response at the address when they attempted. The Customer Care Team

“Lovely item but I will return it because it is too small. Have not yet received the LED capsule. Obviously I do not now need this item as I am returning the light. No LED capsule included with the light as advertised!!!”
