“Item received with the packaging already opened and on installing found to be faulty. When I reached out to customer service I was advised that the item was only to be used with items from the same manufacturer and as it had now been connected cannot be refunded. The product description does not state exclusive use and to plainly reject my return request of a faulty based on installing rather than attempt to resolve the fault is poor. The customer service manager was unhelpful, rude and disinterested.”
