I am sorry that you are having problems with the picture lights, this is a huge seller for us. The website does have instructions, point 2 explains that it must be screwed to the wall, as this helps with the weight of the fitting. Kind regards Customer Care Team

“Received my order promptly. Well packaged and very easy to install. The picture light looks great with the light on as well as with the light off. The light is not as warm as in the picture shown but still looks nice. The remote control is an added bonus although you need to be quite close to use it. All in all, very pleased with is product. Bought two: The medium and the large.”
