“At least their returns worked. Eventually I wanted to reorder an item I had had before to make a matching set of 4. I entered the part number and the website showed a similar item without saying that the item was no longer stocked. I ordered 2 which were delivered promptly but only half the height of the ones I had. I returned them and had a refund less postage even though it was their error. When I complained they refunded the postage Why not just put a warning on the website that it was displaying similar products then I would have looked closely and not ordered them”
