“I was so pleased to receive an email to say my purchase had been delivered, however when I got my parcel from my neighbour the box was crushed and open and I had to throw away 2 packets because they were crushed to practically nothing. I understand this is the fault of the delivery company not yours but I have still lost money and this unfortunately has put me off ordering again.”
