What would you rate our customer service?

“Love these bottles for our kids - have bought replacements when we've lost them. Only thing I would like to see is a choice of tops/lids included with the bottle. We much prefer a top with a 'handle' to attach to clips on bags etc, but the standard lid doesn't have this. Rather than having to buy the alternative lid separately - extra cost, but also then ending up with a surplus lid! - could there not be a choice of which lid you get when you buy a bottle?”

“Love your bottles- I was after one for my toddler and ended up buying 4! He loves his little tough canteen bottle as he can just help himself whenever and he actually drinks a lot more now!”
