What would you rate our customer service?

“Not great. Have a couple of the kids bottles for my 4yr old which are brilliant. So I had high hopes for this for my baby. Firstly it was a nightmare to get the teat but out from the bottle. The different lids etc don’t seem to fit properly. They get stuck. And the teddy adaptor is poor - it’s fiddly and hard to attach. Doesn’t really work very well. Overall I’m disappointed and would not buy again. With a baby and a 4yr old I just didn’t get round to returning so going to keep purely as something to keep some water in for my baby on days out but unlikely to use properly. Would be great if one green bottle came up with a product like this that actually works because it’s so hard to find bottles for babies that aren’t full of plastic.”
