Hi there, thanks for your review. We do not sell bottles without caps. We offer spares as people like to clean and thoroughly dry them, and use a spare during this time. The replacement straws are clear silicone as we state in the description on the product. We do offer refunds for unused products in original packaging. As per our T&Cs the cost to return is down to yourself. I hope his helps. Many thanks
