“These fit the life collection sports cap perfectly, unfortunately the straws a little too short for the 800ml life collection bottle. It would be great if the straws were made for the longest length with ml makers so that you could cut them to fit the bottle you have purchased.”

“Really disappointed by these. I bought the life collection 800ml bottle on the premise that a straw would soon be released. As it is my preferred way to drink from a bottle. I ordered the straws as soon as they came out. I have two sets and I have tried each straw and they all fail at bringing the water up the straw. They are also incredibly noisy and sadly don’t reach that far down the bottle so I can’t get to the water towards the end. Disappointed and would love for an improved straw to be created which I would happily purchase. I love this company and their ethos. Sadly just one poor product”

Hi Emily. Sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with this product. if you could please email us at sales@onegreenbottle.com with your delivery address we can send you longer straws. The cap should not be noisy. We have a few checks we can send you to see if it is not operating correctly and if it is a faulty cap we can replace this also. Hope this helps
