What would you rate our customer service?

“I had such high hopes for this product, however, the quality was very poor. The children's bottles leaked constantly and the caps were incredibly challenging to remove. It is a lovely idea, but unfortunately not efficiently executed. I contacted customer service for over three months to report this issue and my issue was not resolved. I was told to keep sending videos of the faulty product, but never offered any efficient solutions. Very unfortunate. **Customer service responded to my review, and again sadly they were inaccurate. I am always so hesitant to leave a poor review and never do so. Multiple videos were sent to the customer service, and prompt responses were provided the first couple of weeks. Beyond that I had to step away as my concerns were not deemed valid or heard by Amelia. As a parent of two very little ones, the communication procedure seemed to gaslight parents instead of listening to their genuine concerns as a target audience. So sad for a sustainable and ethical company. I felt that their ethics to genuinely support parents and help were very poor.”

Multiple videos were sent to the customer service, and prompt responses were provided the first couple of weeks. Beyond that I had to step away as my concerns were not deemed valid or heard by Amelia. “I have bought quite a few bottles from you. The blue one after using just for 2 months broken. I thought it would last for longer as it wasn't the cheapeat insulated bottle. I did atach the photo of it. When I was about to opened the bottle to wash it- it broke! Not happy at all”
