“When I ordered, I ordered a size 800ml bottle, thinking it was exactly the same as the 1 litre bottle we have here. I was very surprised when it arrived and discovered that it was not for keeping the water hot. When I appealed for a refund and to get the correct bottle, I was refused, because I had put hot water in. Well quite obviously, I would not have known that the bottle was incorrect without doing this. I really think this was pretty uncompromising, after all, your products are rather expensive, and you should clarify when bottles are not meant for keeping hot. Will certainly not recommend you or order from you again. Also, I was charged for 24 hour delivery, and did not receive it next day.”

“Really happy with the bottles but needed to order a replacement cap only and still had to pay the same postage costs I paid to have 2 bottles delivered!”

“Good quality and durable - my 3 year old hasn't managed to destroy it yet! Very quick delivery, even during lockdown. And lovely colour!”
