What would you rate our customer service?
I've been using the 64 oz water bottle for a week now, and I've noticed it's not actually 2000 ml as advertised on the website; it's approximately 1800 ml. The stainless steel bottle; it doesn't stay shiny and clean but instead looks dull with dark spots.it could be more comfortable to use if it had a retractable handle on one side.

Hi there, thanks so much for your review. We are looking into adapting our large epic to make carrying easier. We state on the description it's circa 2l, as we are aware it's just under. We are sorry if there was a misunderstanding of this. It sounds very odd with the outside appearing dirty we would love you to get in touch direct so we can look into this as it's not an issue we are aware of. The replacement cap is slipping off during the feed and leaking. I contacted customer services and provided photos, however I was told that the issue is rare. They are not willing to accept returns, they demand videos and are very dismissive and unhelpful.

I had such high hopes for this product, however, the quality was very poor. The children's bottles leaked constantly and the caps were incredibly challenging to remove. It is a lovely idea, but unfortunately not efficiently executed. I contacted customer service for over three months to report this issue and my issue was not resolved. I was told to keep sending videos of the faulty product, but never offered any efficient solutions. Very unfortunate. **Customer service responded to my review, and again sadly they were inaccurate. I am always so hesitant to leave a poor review and never do so. Multiple videos were sent to the customer service, and prompt responses were provided the first couple of weeks. Beyond that I had to step away as my concerns were not deemed valid or heard by Amelia. As a parent of two very little ones, the communication procedure seemed to gaslight parents instead of listening to their genuine concerns as a target audience. So sad for a sustainable and ethical company. I felt that their ethics to genuinely support parents and help were very poor.

We always try to get issues resolved quickly, and have great customer feedback to support this. Unfortunately, your query has taken longer than usual due to delays in response to our messages. We appreciate your time, and would love to get this resolved asap. However, as per our warranty, we do require a clear video of the issue so we can offer the best solution -without this we cannot proceed with your claim. Our baby bottles are made from BPS/BPA and phthalate-free polypropylene. We use this material as it is readily recyclable, and it is the only plastic that doesn’t leach any unhealthy toxins into your babies’ drinks. Due to the nature of polypropylene, the first time opening the caps can be a little stiff. We recommend doing a break-in-half action to remove the cap more easily instead of pulling it off.
