“The water bottle itself looks perfect and is exactly what I was looking for for so long. Unfortunately, my search will have to continue! It first took more than 24 hours for me to place an order due to tech issues. Once this order was placed, I was informed via live chat that it would take 5-7 days to arrive. Weeks pass and I’m still waiting for my order without any update from their team. Now, almost a month later I’ve been told that my package has accidentally gone to another country and they’ll be refunding me instead of sending another bottle as they don’t want to be “out of pocket”. Terrible experience from start to finish.”

“I havent recieved my package days after it should've arrived as the shipping estimates on the website say, and because there's not a tracking number neither I know where is it or when is it going to arrive. I contacted customer support via email about this matter and got no response. I would love to write a positive review becuase I love the message and the positive impact One Green Bottle is trying to make but due to poor service and no tracking of the orders I can't write a positive review right now.”

“I love the little green bottle. My son broke the cap of his bottle and I ordered a new one. The cap was okay but the quality of the straw they sent with the new cap is not the same quality as the original. The original bottle comes with a lovely silicone straw. The replacement I got came with a plastic tube.”

“The bottle itself is great quality but the colour options are lacking. I ordered a bottle in what I thought was a gorgeous beige colour but actually turned out to be baby pink.”
