“Glad they have replacement valves for bottles so I don't have to throw the bottle but I do think it is a bit much that they charge to send them. The fact these fall out so easily is surely a fault, we contacted them but they would only advise us to buy replacements. We hadn't even washed the bottle and the valve fell out - no warning as well on new bottles that this is likely to happen. Please include replacement valves with new bottles and replace them for free!”
