What would you rate our customer service?

“Very useful for long dog walks and days out. I can fit doggy bags, keys, tissues and 2 cardboard coffee cups in the zip pocket and my bottle filled with tea in the bottle pocket. Improvements that could be made: - Padding on the shoulder strap, like the ones on laptop bags. A full flask and no coat means it digs in a little. - An adjustable clasp so I can fit 2 stacked cardboard cups over my flask and still seal it, and therefore have more pocket space, would be great. - Different colours, if there would have been black or dark navy I'd have preferred that.”

“Very useful for those short trips where there's no need for the kitchen sink! Suitable for all sorts of bottles, or other items such as folding brolly, small first aid kit, oversized wallets/purses etc. Seems to be well made and useful (for those in the know) to have molle attachment straps; could even be used as a small emergency grab bag.”
