Hello sorry to hear this. We have tried to make it as clear as possible that the tough canteen is not insulated. It states this in the product description, the category description and in the infogram pictures. We will monitor this situation to see if there are any other incidents of customers not seeing the information as it is currently shown.

“Wanted to replace an old water bottle with something that had no plastic, so I bought this 800ml steel bottle with steel lid. The size of the bottle isn't too big, despite the capacity, so fits nicely in a bag and the quality is fantastic, very happy with my purchase!”
