“Really unimpressed. Ordered a silcone replacement (price £1, postage £3.50 next day), but an incorrect one was sent out - it was too small. Another was resent the following day but it's too big so water still leaks from the bottle as it can't close correctly. I've made contact with One Green Bottle's customer Service twice since with video evidence and I'm yet to hear a response. My child has been without a water bottle for going on three weeks now as it's rendended unfit for purpose until the correct sized bit of silicone is given.”

“I've bought a quench silicone set as my previous one was changing color after a year of daily use. Now my bottle looks like new! It's incredibly robust and easy to clean! It's never been easier to open and close a bottle. It's perfectly leak-proof.”
