I’m really sorry you’ve not yet received your order. I can see it was dispatched on 13th September and the courier attempted delivery on 14th September. “The stitching came undone on the side of this mat, however when I got in touch with Oliver’s babycare they immediately dispatched a replacement. Excellent customer service”
