Horrible experience with this company. They double charged us for shipping. When we originally bought the product online they charged us £87.50 for shipping then sent us a email afterwards requesting an additional £66.48 for shipping. Customer service was not helpful at all. Took over a week and a half to receive our package. Once we received it, it was defective on one of the side not allowing us to open the side of the bassinet. Extremely disappointed and upset. UPDATE: Over a week later nothing is being done. Have reached out to OliversBabyCare multiple times and have shown them videos of the defective item. They agree it is defective but are unwilling to send me a new item that isn't defective. They are telling me to deal with Maxi Cosi directly but after reaching out to Maxi Cosi they tell me to deal with OliversBabyCare. OliversBabyCare is not trying to resolve my problem at all and haven’t been responding to my emails. Such a headache and extremely frustrating. Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of quality control.
