“Was so looking forward to the arrival of Willow bunny, as granddaughter due to arrive in 4 weeks time. It arrived promptly & I removed it from the box to find a terrible looking bunny, appearance definitely not as advertised, obviously faulty, although retailer Olivers baby care are adamant it is not faulty only slightly misshapen with being in a box!!! They are obviously having a laugh. And they will not refund any p&p or return postage charge. So please be warned...maybe better luck with another retailer!!! I might have requested a replacement if it was not for their atrocious customer service.”

“I bought this item as a gift for my daughters teacher who is about to go on maternity with her first born child. Have not tested the product but it arrived very quickly and it is as cute and soft as it looks on the site. For a first time mum I think she will be thrilled with this as for the price it has many different uses. Thank you for a great product”

“Soft, big enough with a loop for attaching to a cot. The shush is a little rubbish but overall other sounds are good. My little girl loves the lullaby on the left paw with the red glowing tummy light however, the cry sensor part doesn’t work. I contact customer services and didn’t hear back. Would defo suggest buying but off of Amazon to be able to get an exchange or refund on faulty items.”
