“Poor packed, the courier seems like ignore the fragile label on the box. The protector is cracked in the corners. Cannot be used. Try to reach out TSP and Olivers Babycare but I got no response over 2 days. Thanks to the online chat on TSP, they arranged a replacement for me and I hope the replacement can remain intact.”
