“Nice size and not to bulky. Would be better if the material stayed as a hard cold gel when frozen rather than freezing rock hard like ice as its in a plastic outer layer you cant bend it when frozen other wise that will rip. Also would be handy to provide a cover with them, id prefer one icepack and a cover rather than having to use a teatowel or something similar as it cannot be used directly on the skin without a cover”
