“Safety features obviously top notch. Unsure about the comfort level for my 14 month old. He is between having some padding and no padding. No padding means his back and bottom are further back in the seat than his head, so even in the reclined position his head sits forward, more noticeable when asleep. Straps are a bit fiddly. Happy in general but would probably opt for something else if I could return.”

For comfort, check the headrest and harness height — the headrest should sit just above the shoulders. If your child’s head tips forward, try adjusting the recline angle slightly, as car seat slopes can affect this. When using or removing inserts, follow the manual’s guidance for your child’s stage. For the straps, loosen fully before placing your child in, buckle both tongues, then pull up on the shoulder straps before tightening.
