“Excellent product, very easy to fit and use. I have used it temporarily on a narrow opening. So much better than the stair gate I already have as it has a silent closure. My existing one is noisy and fiddly and every time it clicks, it’s like a calling for the dog who then wants to come upstairs with us lol. I am going to purchase the extension kit to make it wider so I can replace the one I have on my stairs.”

“I bought this gate and when I put together and tighten it on both sides , the plastic snapped. They give you alittle key to use , but that doesn't help as the plastic is so poor quality in round tensioner. Then to send it back you have to pay return, which isn't cheap, what a joke.”

“Easy to fit and a good height but the catch on the door was not as strong as I expected and our grandson could push it open on occasions. Had to tighten it up a couple of times to make sure it was secure”
