“Unnecessarily large posting box, creating crazy postal charge from you to me, the customer. I’ve simply inserted the card in a gift ‘card’ myself to include in a package of gifts I have posted to a family.”

“i loved the cute envelope the voucher came in, made it look really special (although it was wrapped up in a cardboard stretchy outer thing so i nearly threw it away and thought at first it was missing!!)”

“Happy with the voucher, nice small design to fit in a card, but postage was high considering they were sending essentially 2 small cards, which got sent in a small box instead of an envelope”
