“Had a few issues, the card took almost two weeks to arrive, and so I tried to call to ask for it to be cancelled and an e-voucher be sent instead. I spoke to three different people who said they would sort this but it wasn’t until the 4th call that it was actually sorted. However, everyone I spoke to was really polite and helped me as best they could, and apologized that the issue wasn’t resolved sooner”
