“The gift card itself is fine.. not a lot I can say about that. I wanted a gift card for a friend's special birthday. I couldn't get to a store but I didn't want an e-voucher so I ordered a physical gift card from the website. I was charged postage for this, which I thought was a bit much, but presumed that at least it would be delivered quickly in this case. I ordered the voucher more than a week before my friend's birthday party but the card arrived the morning of the party - too close for comfort! It was a real worry wondering if it would turn up in time. I really expected better service from Oliver Bonas.”
