“Got this in the sale-tried size 14 (which I am normally) but felt like the skirt was too big so ordered a 12 and that fits fine and hits just on the knee. Its very flouncy for a skirt which is part of the reason I think that the 14 felt too big. Its not transparent and very light so suitable for summer, but be careful on a windy day! :)”
