“Great trainers - only marked as 4 stars not 5 due to sizing. Normal advice with goal is that they are narrow so go up if between sizes. I’m a solid 6.5, or if no half sizes a 7. My feet are not narrow but a touch on the wide so I went for 7 online but when they arrived they were immediately noticeable as too big (length), but no issue with width. I returned in store, initially hoping they might have them in stock in store but they didn’t so the manager was super lovely and helpful - also surprised that the sizing was big compared to other Gola styles. When the size 6 arrived I wore them around the house and they fit perfectly - I did worry they might be almost right but they already weren’t. Have had them for about a month now and they are definitely the right size - and they’re great! Gold makes them smarter for dressing up casual, or just awesome with anything!”
