“it’s not the fact the necklace is bad itself because it’s a lovely necklace but when it came it was a birthday present for someone and it turned up and the whole necklace was all tied into a knot. it took the person who’s birthday it was 20 minutes to get all the knots out! this was very annoying as it was a gift and they had to sit there untangling it for ages, especially when this necklace wasn’t cheap youd think it wouldn’t be knotted up!”
