“I ordered this for my sister for her birthday. I actually showed it to her before her birthday as I am aware of your returns policy. I genuinely thought she was going to ask me to return it. The bag is tiny, the overall image of the bag is stunning but in real life it looks cheap and something that you would get from Penny's. I do think this is a once off as I know many people that order from ye and are very happy with your products. I think this may be a one off. But definitely disappointed. Cheap looking bag for €72.00 .”
